Additionally held responsibility for management of one million square footage of commercial building space on a specialized client account for Automobile Club of Southern California under Cushman and Wakefield’s commercial facility management division. Nicole’s commercial real estate experience involved management C-Suite space and relationship building with client’s executive team, mainframe/ data center, capital improvement projects, capital project planning, annual capital project and portfolio budget management, and vendor & team management/oversight.
